Emergency animal rescue: Life for the living

In the wake of the devastating Hamas terror attack on October 7 which took a toll on thousands of innocent lives, hundreds of animals were injured, lost, traumatized and now in need of help.

"Life for the living" nonprofit has made the welfare of dogs who have endured trauma and abuse during the attack its primary focus. After establishing and emergency relief tent in Beit Kama, providing immediate care, equipment, food and finding foster and forever homes for the animals rescued, their main mission now is rehabilitation.

Built within days and operates entirely by volunteers, the emergency rehabilitation center in Tzofit is now providing a safe haven for dogs who have experienced the horrors of the recent terror attack, ensuring that they receive the care and attention they deserve.
